As a devoted dog parent to a special needs rescue dog and a lifelong animal lover, I understand the unique care and attention that certain dogs require. Drawing from my personal experience, I opened my dog sitting services in 2021 to provide specialized care for small groups of dogs in a home environment. My focus is on offering individualized attention to each dog, ensuring they receive the love, comfort, and care they deserve. Whether your dog has special needs or simply requires extra care, I tailor my services to meet each dog’s specific requirements, providing a nurturing and safe

All-Inclusive Services:
Personalized Care: I follow all dog parent instructions regarding feeding, supplements, and
medication administration. This is one-on-one care tailored to your dog’s unique needs.
Healthy Snacks & Supplies: I provide healthy snacks, wee-wee pads, and toys. For boarding, dogs must bring their own wipes, but I supply wipes for daycare services.
Socialization & Comfort:
Your dog will have the opportunity to socialize with other dogs of various sizes and breeds (up to 5 dogs at a time) on some days, while on other days, they may enjoy individual attention and time alone.

Training Assistance: While I am not a professional trainer, I help support the training methods you are implementing by following your commands and instructions.
Included Activities:
● Boarding: 2–3 outdoor bathroom breaks with 10–15-minute walks per day.
● Daycare: 1 walk lasting 30–45 minutes
● Interactive play: Playtime, all day, everyday
Boarding Information:
● Rates: $65–$95 per 24 hours (rates vary based on size, breed, spayed/neutered status,shedding, specific requirements, and holidays).
● Check-In: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Early check-ins are available for an additional fee of $10–$20.
● Check-Out: Check-out time matches the original check-in time. Late check-outs will incur additional fees.
● Booking Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits arenon-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date
● Advance Booking: is recommended to ensure availability. While I am usually flexible, bookings within 48 hours or less have a Last Minute Fee of $15.
Holiday/Peak Rates: Additional fees apply during:
● Spring Break
● Memorial Day Weekend (Friday–Monday)
● Independence Day (July 4th–7th)
● Labor Day Weekend (Friday–Monday)
● Teachers Convention Week (November 1st–10th)
● Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday–Sunday)
● Winter Holiday Break (December 24th–January 1st)
Rates:
● Daycare- Each dog per hour- $1.00
● Boarding- Each dog per day- $10.00
Drop-off daycare is unavailable on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
Booking, Deposit & Remaining Balance Policy:
● Reservations are highly recommended for holidays.
● A 50% deposit is required for boarding reservations on booking date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 14 days of the scheduled date.
● Remainder balance is due on pick up
Additional Fees:
● If your dog is not potty-trained.
● If your female dog is in heat/menstruating.
● For accidents requiring extra cleaning
Grooming Policy:
● Dogs must be freshly bathed
● If your dog is matted or requires nail clipping. I will arrange for a professional groomer to
address the matter. The grooming fee will need to be reimbursed upon pick-up.
Daycare Information:
Availability:
● Hours: 8:00 AM–7:30 PM, 7 days a week.
● Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability. While I am usually flexible, bookings within 24 hours or less have a Last Minute Fee of $15.
I may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in than 8 a.m., depending on my schedule. However, I would need to know at least 48 hours in advance, and I cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
Daycare Rates:
● Up to 8-Hour Block: (longer blocks are available with additional fees up to 7:30pm)

● Up to 5-Hour Block: $35 (flat rate, regardless of time used).
Note: Walks are not included. Bathroom needs will be accommodated.

An emergency contact and your dog’s veterinary details are required. Please email this information as soon as possible.

In the event of an emergency, if I cannot reach you, I will make decisions in your dog’s best interest based on veterinary recommendations. Any associated costs must be fully reimbursed at pick-up.
Supplies for Stay for all Boarding and Day Care Service:
Dogs must bring their own food and any items you feel are necessary or preferred for their comfort.
Hygiene:
Dogs are given a thorough cleaning, with their paws washed each time they come inside from outdoor play. This is a non-negotiable policy. If a dog is not comfortable with this routine, they may not be able to stay with us.
Vaccination:
Dogs must be up to date on their flea treatment and required vaccinations, including rabies, canine parvovirus, distemper, Canine Hepatitis and Bordetella before receiving services
Dog Walking Services:
Our dog walking services include peaceful, scenic routes designed to provide your dog with a relaxing and enriching outdoor experience. These calming walks are perfect for dogs who enjoy a quiet, nature-filled stroll, allowing them to unwind and connect with their surroundings in a stress-free environment.
● 30-Minute Walks: $25 for dogs up to 15 lbs.
● For Dogs Over 15 lbs.: $1 per minute (minimum 30 minutes).
● Longer walks are available upon request.
Drop-In Services (In Your Home):
● $35 per visit during the regular season.
● $45 per visit during holiday/peak seasons.
● Each visit includes feeding, administering medication (if needed), playtime, a quick bathroom
break, and litter box cleaning.
● Duration: 30–45 minutes per visit.
Bathing Services:
● Provided only in my home, using clean, non-toxic, high-quality products.
● Pricing: $40–$85 depending on size, breed, coat type, and holiday/peak seasons.
● Please notify me in advance if bathing services are required.
Pick-Up/Drop-Off Services:
● Available for an additional charge based on mileage.
● Please inquire if you are interested

Health Issues Policy:
● If I notice any health concerns, such as gastrointestinal issues, incontinence, or skin
conditions, I will inform the dog parent immediately.
● If the issue is ongoing, the dog will not be able to resume services until the issue is resolved,
unless it is a chronic condition due to breed or disability.
● In the case of a chronic condition, please provide the necessary items to assist with the issue.
